About the position
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for optimizing warehouse and ecommerce operations by focusing on system integrations, improving workflows, and establishing clear processes to support high-volume fulfillment. This role is crucial in enhancing the efficiency of distribution systems and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and integrate new tools into our distribution systems.
- Map workflows and identify ways to improve efficiency.
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage data exchanges (EDI) and resolve any integration issues.
- Support high-volume ecommerce order fulfillment processes.
- Create and execute test plans for new systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
- Experience with system integration, process improvement, and ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with warehouse operations.
