About the position

The Senior Supply Chain & Demand Planner at Novonesis plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination of supply chains between production sites and customers. This position involves managing inventory, creating demand and supply plans, and collaborating with various departments to maintain effective communication and operations. The role is situated in an international work environment, offering complex and diverse challenges in the field of supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and support the sales team.
• Create and track demand/supply plans with logistics partners and warehouses.
• Develop production recipes and planning.
• Manage and update the SAP system.
• Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth information flow and effective cooperation.

Requirements

• A degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least two years of professional experience in production planning and control, preferably in the food industry.
• Proficient in MS Office, with basic knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with S&OP and food production is advantageous.
• Interest and technical understanding of spray drying and dry mixing processes are beneficial.
• Hands-on mentality, quick comprehension, and strong organizational skills.
• Independent working style, reliability, and resilience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
