About the position
The Senior Supply Chain Network Analyst position is focused on optimizing supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. The role involves analyzing supply chain opportunities, leading projects, and supporting various teams to ensure effective product flow and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Analyze potential supply chain/network changes to reduce cost, improve service level, and minimize obsolete inventory.
- Analyze optimal network and product flow through Dot for new and current manufacturer products.
- Lead and own various projects from creation to completion.
- Support Replenishment, Warehouse, and Transportation staff on supply chain efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts while applying lean thinking tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent Dot Foods experience.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Motivation to grow, develop, and learn.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn and utilize complex technologies.
- Leadership skills necessary to manage processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and planning skills.
- Effective verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
