About the position

The Senior Supply Chain Planning Analyst at Johnson & Johnson MedTech is responsible for leading the supply planning and scheduling processes for Electrophysiology. This role focuses on achieving target service levels and inventory objectives while collaborating with internal and external partners. The analyst will prepare supply plans, production schedules, and support the integration of new products into the planning process, ensuring effective communication and alignment across various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Electrophysiology supply planning and scheduling processes.
  • Prepare supply plans and production schedules for internal and external partners.
  • Convert global demand requirements into an attainable supply plan for manufactured products.
  • Build the monthly IBP/S&OP package and manage supply review meetings.
  • Support the design and institutionalization of a best practice global IBP/S&OP process with external partners.
  • Collaborate with BWI Plan organization to receive WW demand plans and rationalize supply and demand with external partners.
  • Integrate new, externally manufactured products into the IBP/S&OP process and conduct scenario-based supply analyses.
  • Support best practices in external partner supply planning, including master scheduling and capacity planning.
  • Complete complex spreadsheet analysis for issue resolution and scenario planning.
  • Establish effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or Operations required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in supply chain management, production planning, or materials management.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing control systems, preferably JDE / Manugistics / SAP.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables and v-lookups.

  • APICS certification
  • Experience and/or certification in Lean or Six Sigma processes.
