About the position

The Senior System Administrator (Blue Yonder, Category Management) at Acosta Group is responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Blue Yonder Category Management System. This role requires a deep understanding of Blue Yonder solutions and hands-on experience in managing category management processes, ensuring optimal system performance and user support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Blue Yonder Category Management On Prem platform for optimal performance.
• Perform system monitoring, analysis, and tuning.
• Implement system updates, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with IT teams.
• Tailor the system to meet business requirements and best practices.
• Engage with end-users and stakeholders to align system configurations with their needs.
• Provide prompt technical support and resolve system-related issues.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance user competence and confidence.
• Keep detailed records of system configurations, modifications, and procedural documents.
• Update user guides and training materials regularly.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5-8 Years experience in a Space Management related position with a clear focus on Blue Yonder CKB - system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Deep and proven experience with Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) solutions, including Space Planning, Floor Planning, CKB, Open Access, Assortment Optimization, Space Automation, Planogram Generator.
• SQL Programming with a focus on database management and query optimization.
• Comprehensive understanding of category management processes and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
