Responsibilities

• Partner with product team, product owners, engineering leaders, and architects to analyze and derive solutions.
• Work with scrum masters and product owners to build Agile backlog grooming capabilities and co-lead grooming sessions.
• Assimilate information and requirements from various sources into a comprehensive view.
• Manage complex troubleshooting efforts across multiple platforms and technical disciplines.
• Quickly understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Recognize and implement automation opportunities.
• Leverage analytic and technical skills to implement standard patterns and solutions for increased efficiency.
• Actively learn and analyze complex, interconnected business processes and systems.
• Build well-managed data solutions, tools, and capabilities for self-service frameworks for data consumers.
• Effectively communicate and influence partners throughout the organization.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of experience with systems analysis and integration.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of scripting experience in Python and SQL
• 3+ years experience with systems integration
• 2+ years of experience with Agile.
