About the position

WLI is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and cybersecurity of various systems and storage technologies deployed in a U.S. government classified environment. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve issues related to computer, server, and network systems, requiring expertise in various technologies.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain systems and storage technologies in a classified environment.
• Diagnose and resolve computer, server, and network system issues.
• Provide enterprise IT system engineering architectural recommendations with a focus on system virtualization.
• Install, configure, and administrate Active Directory Domain Services, including Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Apply U.S. Government Information Assurance (IA) requirements and prepare IA artifacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a system administrator, preferably in a DoD/DoJ environment.
• IAT Level 2 certification required.
• Expertise in Windows Enterprise Server/Client, Active Directory/MFA, Virtualization (ESXi/Vsphere/Citrix), and network storage technologies.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language, preferably Power Shell.
• Solid understanding of LAN networks.
• Active Secret clearance required.
