About the position

The Senior Systems Implementation Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT services and financial/revenue cycle applications. This position involves applying analytical skills to define and document IT service requirements, ensuring that customer objectives are met. The analyst will work closely with various project teams, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to maximize the benefits of IT system investments. This hybrid role requires both remote and in-office work, focusing on project management, data integrity, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key contact for all Financial/Revenue Cycle applications.
• Define and document IT service requirements based on customer objectives.
• Develop project charters, scope statements, and detailed requirements.
• Manage assigned software applications and troubleshoot software problems.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through monitoring and testing methods.
• Conduct business analysis to improve customer workflows and practices.
• Utilize project management principles to facilitate the delivery of new information products or services.
• Communicate changes to end users and ensure proper education on system updates.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies and ensure readiness for audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• Five years of IT analysis and applications system environment experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Project and Visio.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• Experience with Meditech, Cerner, or Altera Touchworks Electronic Health Records.
• Prior healthcare IT experience and report writing experience.
