About the position

The Senior Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience through the development and management of various products, including payment kiosks, electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) solutions, and communication services such as email, voice, and SMS/MMS. This position requires a blend of analytical skills and product ownership, as the analyst will work closely with the Channels product management and engineering teams to ensure that the product portfolio meets the evolving needs of customers and stakeholders. The Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to prioritize product features and guide research and development (R&D) activities. This role is pivotal in supporting the sales and account management teams by providing insights and documentation that will help advance business opportunities. In this position, the Senior Systems Analyst will develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, documenting requirements and working with R&D to plan, track, and deliver product features effectively. The analyst will engage with sales teams to identify opportunities for product enhancements and ensure that the products align with customer expectations and market trends. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to making customer and employee experiences extraordinary. The Senior Systems Analyst will report directly to the Executive Director of Software Development, contributing to the overall strategy and execution of the Customer Experience division's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to manage and evolve customer experience products.
  • Prioritize product features in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Guide R&D activities to support product development and enhancements.
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap, documenting requirements and tracking progress.
  • Engage with sales teams to advance business opportunities and provide product insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role within product management.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience products, including payment kiosks and communication services.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to document requirements and create detailed product roadmaps.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
