The Senior Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in the Customer Experience division at CSG, specifically within the Precision eCare Email team. This position is designed for an individual who can function both as an Analyst and a Product Owner, contributing to the mission of enhancing customer and employee experiences. The Senior Systems Analyst will work closely with various internal teams, including product management and engineering, to manage and evolve a portfolio of customer experience products. This includes overseeing payment kiosks, electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) solutions, and communication services such as email, voice, and SMS/MMS. In this role, the Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to prioritize product features and guide research and development (R&D) activities. The Analyst will also support the sales and account management teams by developing and executing a comprehensive product roadmap. This involves documenting requirements, planning, tracking, and delivering product features in conjunction with R&D, as well as engaging with sales teams to advance business opportunities. The position requires a blend of analytical skills, product management expertise, and a strong focus on customer experience to ensure that the products meet the needs of users and drive business success.
