The Senior Systems Engineer - Hardware at Marriott International is a pivotal role responsible for providing architecture, engineering, and delivery support to the Technology Workplace Products Hardware team. The engineer will document solutions and facilitate knowledge transfer through designs, build documents, and run guides for external service providers. They will translate requests from Continental IT, Global Procurement, and Business Partners into new features or modifications, and advocate for necessary policy or engineering enhancements. Additionally, the role includes evaluating technology products and leading analyses of the current environment to identify deficiencies and recommend improvements. The Senior Systems Engineer will function as a strategic technical expert, developing specific goals and plans to prioritize and accomplish work effectively, while also supporting the achievement of performance and budget goals.
