About the position

Raytheon is seeking a talented System Security Engineering (SSE) Anti-Tamper (AT) candidate. This individual will be responsible for AT program execution, serving as a direct interface during important reviews, briefings, and technical exchange/demos. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with the customer and other engineering disciplines to ensure that the program-level chief engineers and architectures support the program's needs. The successful candidate will lead the analysis of AT issues that directly affect the system, employing a security-conscious approach to resolve complex programs while convincing leadership that the proposed solutions are optimal for the mission, considering program cost, schedule, and technical aspects. In this position, you will implement SSE AT solutions into RTX products and interact with customers to define SSE AT requirements, solutions, trades, costs, implementation, system impacts, and effectiveness. You will support the development of plans and estimates, task execution, project tracking, reporting, and risk identification and mitigation plans. Additionally, you will plan and guide SSE AT implementations in customer systems, consult and assist program line management with SSE AT architectures and issues, and conduct attack threat modeling and Critical Program Information Assessments. The role also involves developing top-level system requirements and ensuring compliance with DoD technology release and export licensing policies, as well as supporting the development of bids and proposals and working with Earned Value Management (EVM).
