Raytheon is seeking a talented System Security Engineering (SSE) Anti-Tamper (AT) candidate. This individual will be responsible for AT program execution, serving as a direct interface during important reviews, briefings, and technical exchanges/demos. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with customers and other engineering disciplines to ensure that program-level chief engineers and architectures support the program's needs. The successful candidate will lead the analysis of AT issues that directly affect the system, employing a security-conscious approach to resolve complex programs while considering the systems-level effects. This includes convincing leadership that the proposed solutions are optimal for the mission, taking into account program cost, schedule, and technical requirements. The individual will work closely with the program and customer in the development of the system, providing strategic input and planning for the system, applications, architecture, and design in a dynamic, agile development environment. Responsibilities include implementing SSE AT solutions into RTX products, interacting with customers to define SSE AT requirements, and supporting the development of plans and estimates, task execution, project tracking, reporting, and risk identification and mitigation plans. The candidate will also consult and assist program line management with SSE AT architectures and issues, conduct attack threat modeling and Critical Program Information Assessments, and develop top-level system requirements while ensuring compliance with DoD technology release and export licensing policies.
