About the position
The Senior Systems Engineer at EnProVera will provide systems engineering and technical support for various PMO programs, focusing on research, design, development, integration, certification, and future planning. The role involves conducting feasibility studies, supporting the development of new capabilities, and ensuring the integration of existing systems into new applications. The engineer will also be responsible for generating technical documentation and conducting technical briefings for decision-making purposes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct trade-off and feasibility studies.
- Design, develop, test, install, and verify technical documentation and plans.
- Support the application of engineering disciplines for new capabilities and alterations to existing systems.
- Perform requirements analysis and support integrated DoD Architecture Framework products.
- Conduct interface definition studies of system components and prime products.
- Review engineering documents and recommend development alternatives.
- Conduct extensive engineering investigations including root cause analysis.
- Analyze and refine user needs and validate requirements.
- Generate technical engineering products through the integration and operations life cycle.
- Develop and review entrance and exit criteria for program and design reviews.
- Conduct technical briefings for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop and update system design documentation and CONOPs.
- Research and implement engineering process improvements.
- Generate system level drawings and DoDAF views.
Requirements
- At least ten (10) years of professional experience in systems engineering.
- Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI and ability to pass a Counterintelligence polygraph examination.
- US Citizenship is mandatory.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office software.
- A Master's Degree in an engineering discipline or a Bachelor's degree with four (4) years additional related work experience.
