About the position

The Senior Systems Engineer role focuses on engineering systems for a user base of over 1000 users, with a strong emphasis on Azure Cloud technologies, particularly Active Directory and Entra. The position requires experience in operating hardened systems and implementing security controls, as well as providing infrastructure support for clients' IT departments. The role is integral to ensuring the security and efficiency of IT operations within a municipality context.

Responsibilities

• Engineer systems for a user base of 1000+ users.
• Operate hardened systems and implement common security controls like CIS or NIST.
• Provide infrastructure support for clients' IT departments.
• Configure and manage Veeam solutions.
• Apply basic understanding of the ITIL framework.
