About the position

The Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer will support the design, development, and deployment of software products with advanced RF capabilities. This role involves troubleshooting system/software issues, developing test infrastructure, and leading integration and test activities for complex systems. The position is full-time and requires on-site presence in El Segundo, CA, contributing to Advanced Technologies programs.

Responsibilities

• Work with system and software leads to troubleshoot and solve system/software related problems.
• Participate in the full systems engineering process from planning to integration and test.
• Develop test plans involving multiple subsystem and system interactions.
• Lead the integration and test pipeline development, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and five years of engineering experience, or an advanced degree with three years of engineering experience.
• Experience with requirements analysis or software integration, developing documentation for integration and verification.
• Experience working in Linux OS and/or programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, and MATLAB.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with investigation within five years.
• Experience leading and training technical teams of junior to mid-level engineers.
• Experience with Signal Processing (AMTI), Tracking, Communications, or Resource Management concepts.
• Experience with manual and automated testing techniques.
• Experience in Agile and Dev-ops processes.
• Experience with containers and associated tools.
