About the position

The Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the design, development, and deployment of software products with advanced RF capabilities. This position requires expertise in systems integration and testing, focusing on troubleshooting, developing test plans, and leading technical solutions for multi-disciplined teams. The role is full-time and on-site in El Segundo, CA, contributing to Advanced Technologies programs.

Responsibilities

• Work with system and software leads to troubleshoot and solve system/software related problems.
• Participate in the full systems engineering process from planning to integration and test.
• Develop test infrastructure and use case development for software.
• Integrate software in local and remote environments, troubleshoot, and debug issues.
• Develop test plans involving multiple subsystem and system interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and five years of engineering experience, or an advanced degree with three years of engineering experience.
• Experience with requirements analysis or software integration, developing documentation for integration and verification.
• Experience working in Linux OS and/or programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, and MATLAB.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with investigation within five years.
• Experience leading and training technical teams of junior to mid-level engineers.
• Experience with Signal Processing (AMTI), Tracking, Communications, or Resource Management concepts.
• Experience with manual and automated testing techniques.
• Experience in Agile and Dev-ops processes.
