About the position

As a Systems Integration + Test Engineer at Anduril Industries, you will play a crucial role in the development and deployment of high-performance imaging systems designed for tactical applications. The Tactical Systems team, which you will be a part of, is responsible for the entire lifecycle of tactical electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) systems, from initial concept through to production and field deployment. This position requires you to work closely with a diverse technical team, engaging in hands-on integration of various system components, including electrical, firmware, mechanical, and software elements. Your expertise will be vital in troubleshooting system issues, conducting experiments, and analyzing data to identify root causes, ultimately guiding the engineering team in resolving these challenges. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of integration and testing activities, ensuring that all systems meet performance standards before they are deployed in the field. You will manage the prototyping lab, overseeing test hardware, processes, and safety protocols. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with multiple aircraft platform teams, both internal and external, to ensure seamless integration and testing of the imaging systems. This position may require travel to various test sites, where you will conduct field tests and demonstrations, further solidifying the systems' readiness for operational use.
