About the position

The Senior Tableau Developer role is focused on leveraging Tableau and cloud technologies to create data visualizations and analytics solutions. This position requires a strong technical background in data integration, software development, and experience with cloud data warehousing tools. The developer will work both onsite and remotely, collaborating with teams to deliver insights and support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Integrate Tableau with Salesforce and cloud data warehousing tools like Snowflake.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
• Implement best practices in data visualization and analytics.
• Participate in software development processes including design patterns and test-driven development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical education and work experience.
• Deep hands-on technical expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Online.
• Proven experience integrating with Salesforce and cloud data warehousing tools.
• Solid software development background including design patterns and data structures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• 7 years of experience with Predictive Analytics & Forecasting Models.
• 7 years of experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Processes.
• 5 years of experience with Data Warehousing Concepts.
• 3 years of experience with Tableau Online.
