About the position

The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Magellan is a pivotal role focused on enhancing the company's recruitment efforts by leveraging technology, marketing principles, and data-driven strategies. This position is designed for experienced recruitment partners who excel in engaging passive candidates and collaborating with business leaders to fulfill hiring needs while aligning with the company's vision and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize CRM technology to automate candidate communication and improve the candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies based on market and labor intelligence.
  • Build and nurture talent communities to attract and engage potential candidates.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR business partners.
  • Use data to inform recruitment decisions and enhance the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience with a bachelor's degree or 7 years with an associate's degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience using sourcing techniques to identify passive talent.
  • Demonstrated ability in using CRM technology effectively.
  • Proven success in recruiting within a corporate environment, preferably with a recruitment firm.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and branding principles as they relate to talent acquisition.

Nice-to-haves
