About the position

The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant (Sr. TAC) at First Citizens Bank is a remote role focused on mid-level management and professional talent acquisition for the Bank's corporate functions, specifically in Risk and Compliance. This position requires expert consultation skills to translate business needs into effective talent acquisition strategies, ensuring high-quality candidate sourcing, screening, and selection. The Sr. TAC will also engage in employment marketing and outreach, build relationships, and provide leadership to less experienced associates.

Responsibilities

  • Executes talent acquisition strategies by leveraging existing relationships, talent pipelines, and external resources.
  • Participates in marketing and outreach activities to broaden talent acquisition scope.
  • Offers expert guidance to hiring managers and HR partners on talent acquisition processes, methods, and techniques.
  • Determines current and future business needs to appropriately place candidates.
  • Reviews talent acquisition processes to ensure optimal candidate experience and quality hiring outcomes.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers on the development of compensation offers and recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.
  • Experience with current talent acquisition tools and technologies including CRM, applicant tracking and digital platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Corporate functions recruiting experience.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Organization skills.
