About the position

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for the Early in Program (EiP) at our company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce by sourcing and recruiting top talent from universities and early career professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with key business stakeholders to execute their organizational strategies by delivering both technical and non-technical talent across the Americas. This role requires a deep understanding of the talent market and the ability to navigate complex hiring needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will lead a team that is dedicated to hiring the best candidates, and you will work closely with various departments including Finance, Human Resources, and other key stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business objectives. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing both short and long-term hiring plans tailored to the needs of complex organizations and diverse talent pools. This includes recruiting interns, university graduates, and early career professionals. You will also be tasked with creating compelling messaging to attract candidates to unique career opportunities within the company. Your leadership will be crucial in designing and executing effective offer creation and closing strategies, ensuring that both candidate and client experiences are prioritized throughout the hiring process. Additionally, you will analyze data and metrics to gain insights into the talent market relative to business requirements, using this information to advise stakeholders and your team on effective talent acquisition strategies. As a manager, you will be responsible for fostering the growth and development of your team members through coaching and mentorship, while also establishing performance expectations and ensuring equitable treatment. You will lead a multi-national team that supports hiring across the Americas, embodying our company culture and values in all your interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with EiP stakeholders to implement both short and long-term hiring plans for complex organizations, areas, and talent pools including interns, university graduates, and early career professionals.
  • Lead your team to design and execute specific offer creation and close strategies at scale, keeping both candidate and client experience top of mind.
  • Prepare candidates for the next steps in the hiring and onboarding process while proactively identifying and solving factors that may adversely affect their experience.
  • Analyze data/metrics to build an understanding of the talent market versus business requirements, leveraging insights to advise key stakeholders and colleagues on effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Hold your team accountable for maintaining candidate qualifications and status in the appropriate systems to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Help employees grow and develop their skills through modeling, coaching, and mentorship, while establishing performance expectations and ensuring fair treatment.
  • Identify needs and set priorities to drive project execution, partnering with other teams on related deliverables.
  • Lead a multi-national team supporting hiring for the Americas Region (Canada, Latin America, and the United States).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to the role OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to the role OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years of talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to the role.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • 2+ years of talent acquisition experience supporting Early in or University hiring.
  • Experience working with stakeholders and/or candidates in multiple countries.
  • Experience in program management, scaling talent delivery, and driving process improvement/transformation.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy in ambiguous and complex environments on a global scale.
  • Sound judgment, critical thinking, and a demonstrated inclusive approach with your team, candidates, and key stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in talent acquisition for early career programs or university hiring.
