As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for the Early in Program (EiP) at our company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce by sourcing and recruiting top talent from universities and early career professionals. This includes recruiting interns, university graduates, and early career professionals. You will also be tasked with creating compelling messaging to attract candidates to unique career opportunities within the company. Your leadership will be crucial in designing and executing effective offer creation and closing strategies, ensuring that both candidate and client experiences are prioritized throughout the hiring process. Additionally, you will analyze data and metrics to gain insights into the talent market relative to business requirements, using this information to advise stakeholders and your team on effective talent acquisition strategies. As a manager, you will be responsible for fostering the growth and development of your team members through coaching and mentorship, while also establishing performance expectations and ensuring equitable treatment. You will lead a multi-national team that supports hiring across the Americas, embodying our company culture and values in all your interactions.
