The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for AI at MAI Research will lead the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team, focusing on recruiting top talent to drive the growth of the AI division. Responsibilities

• Empower and manage a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals.
• Engage with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop staffing strategies.

• Ensure operational compliance and excellence in staffing policies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of talent acquisition experience or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of AI recruiting and/or sourcing experience.
• 2+ years of formal or informal management experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of talent acquisition experience or equivalent experience.
• Master's Degree and 8+ years of talent acquisition experience or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
