About the position

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at JE Dunn is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that align with business goals. This role involves collaborating with HR Business Partners and business leaders to enhance recruitment processes, mentor team members, and ensure a positive hiring experience. The manager will oversee the entire selection process, implement best practices, and stay informed about market trends to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to drive talent processes and human capital strategy.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and solutions to deliver a pipeline of talent.
  • Lead the selection team and ensure alignment towards desired outcomes.
  • Oversee the selection process including candidate assessment and feedback gathering.
  • Deploy interviewing techniques to validate candidate fit for the organization.
  • Manage recruitment procedures, metrics, and tools for an efficient hiring process.
  • Participate in the development of recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
  • Foster collaboration across the Talent Acquisition team for organizational alignment.
  • Develop and present business reviews related to talent acquisition efforts.
  • Lead and coach others on enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
  • Ability to perform work accurately and completely in a timely manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office at an intermediate level.
  • Advanced organizational skills.
  • Solid business acumen to implement HR strategies effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition practices and processes.
  • Ability to analyze data and recognize trends for recommendations.
  • Strong influencing and facilitation skills.

  • Experience in high volume recruitment for professional level roles.
