Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand talent needs and develop strategic talent acquisition strategies.
  • Partner with stakeholders on succession planning and talent reviews to identify talent gaps.
  • Utilize AI and data analytics to provide insights on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Assess recruitment effectiveness using metrics and analytics to drive informed decisions.
  • Enhance candidate experience through innovative recruiting processes and practices.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate changes in talent acquisition processes and foster adaptability among team members.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the talent selection process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment.
  • 4+ years of experience managing and developing a team of talent acquisition professionals.
  • Experience with AI technologies in recruitment.
  • Proven track record of achieving talent acquisition-related business results.
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging data and technology in recruitment processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of OFCCP and employment-related legal requirements.
