About the position

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will play a critical role in the growth, development, and future success of our Engineering team. You will partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership to deliver top-tier candidates and exceptional candidate experience. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will have the opportunity to lead impactful projects that span across Talent Acquisition with company-wide recognition and adoption. Responsibilities

• Own candidate management from discovery through acquisition and onboarding for top tier Engineering talent
• Directly support Hiring Managers goals through strategic talent acquisition, acting as their business partner and advisor
• Generate robust pipelines of tech talent through novel sourcing strategies for our engineering teams
• Utilize data to help inform hiring decisions while minimizing bias

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in full life-cycle technical recruiting and sourcing at a tech company or at a technology-focused search firm
• Demonstrated success and delivery of highly sought after, top tier tech talent

Nice-to-haves

• Based in the Los Angeles or Phoenix metropolitan area
• 8+ years of experience in full life-cycle technical recruiting and sourcing at a tech company or at a technology-focused search firm
• Extensive background in sourcing passive candidates, developing robust sourcing strategies, and managing large candidate sets
• Experience building partnerships and supporting a complex set of stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence using data
