About the position

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at HealthEdge is a key role focused on recruiting top technical talent to support the company's growth. This position involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The role is part of a dynamic recruiting team that has successfully expanded the company, emphasizing the importance of both organizational needs and candidate desires.

Responsibilities

  • Listen to and collaborate with hiring managers to understand position needs and requirements.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand the business drivers that lead to an open position.
  • Partner effectively with the finance team to communicate timing of potential hires and address budgetary concerns.
  • Effectively set and manage timing expectations with transparency for both managers and candidates.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, job fairs, referrals, and other creative candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Track and report applicant flow and recruiting metrics.
  • Maintain multiple roles (10-15+) with high efficiency and uncompromised quality.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a key contributor in a fast-paced, software development environment with proven, progressive responsibility handling busy requisition loads.
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles specific to software development with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to understand the nuances of each role, team dynamics, and candidate motivators using high emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Experience advising and coaching hiring managers on the needs of positions and hiring factors.
  • Strong communication skills to maintain effective contact with managers and candidates.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, persistent, and empathetic with a high sense of urgency while maintaining quality work.
  • Experience with ATS tools and talent sourcing tools such as LinkedIn.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with iCIMS as an ATS tool.
