About the position

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on IT recruiting, you will own the full recruitment process and collaborate with IT hiring leaders and key stakeholders across the Bank to attract and acquire top talent. A key responsibility will be to develop and execute a recruitment strategy, ensuring a strong partnership with business leaders while also creating a positive experience for candidates. Our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the Bank's people strategy of building a workforce of highly capable, top-performing talent. You will manage the full life cycle recruitment process from sourcing to the offer stage. This includes partnering with multiple levels of leaders, including senior leaders, to understand the hiring needs and design a recruitment strategy to find the right talent. You will think strategically and creatively to proactively source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources such as online databases, employee referrals, external events, professional associations, and networking, while ensuring a pipeline of a diverse candidate slate. Creating a positive candidate experience is essential, guiding leaders on expectations and providing timely feedback and follow-up throughout the process. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of leading processes, technology, and overall solutions to improve and enhance the talent acquisition function. All functions must be performed according to established policies, procedures, employment law, and regulations, including adherence to OFCCP requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full life cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Partner with multiple levels of leaders, including senior leaders, to understand hiring needs and design a recruitment strategy.
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates from various sources while ensuring a diverse candidate slate.
  • Create a positive candidate experience by guiding leaders on expectations and providing timely feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of leading processes and technology to enhance the talent acquisition function.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, employment law, and regulations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate and/or agency IT recruiting.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards, and practices.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience sourcing, recruiting, and building strong, diverse talent pipelines, including use of Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other search techniques.
  • Experience using recruiting-related technology/applicant tracking systems/CRM (Workday).
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple searches with excellent customer focus and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, including speaking and writing for internal and external audiences.
