As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will provide an engaging recruitment journey that attracts the best talent, builds strong relationships, and positions First American as the employer of choice. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for entry to mid-level positions, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Your role will involve providing a seamless and transparent candidate experience from application to onboarding, treating candidates with respect and demonstrating our commitment to their success. You will also provide tools, resources, and support to hiring managers to make informed decisions and build strong teams, while addressing underrepresented areas through targeted outreach and forming partnerships with diversity-focused organizations. In this position, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, obtain market intelligence to develop and execute sourcing strategies, and provide data-driven and outcome-focused recruitment services to business leaders. You will conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability aligned with First American's Values and Signature Behaviors, build relationships with hiring managers to understand and meet hiring needs, and proactively identify process improvement opportunities to ensure targeted hiring classes are met. Additionally, you will use talent analytics to identify opportunities for improvement throughout the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge and demonstration of talent acquisition best practices.
  • Requires 5+ years of related work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, Workday/ATS systems, and web-based applications.
  • Strong investigative/research skills for sourcing candidates and learning about jobs and technologies for assigned business units.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Public relations skills to represent First American at job fairs, colleges, recruiting meetings/events.
