About the position

The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for University Relations and Programs at Eversource is responsible for leading the full lifecycle strategy and execution of campus recruitment activities for various college-level programs. This role focuses on building relationships with colleges and universities to create a diverse talent pipeline, enhancing on-campus programs, and promoting Eversource's opportunities within the community. The consultant will also manage recruitment activities, participate in diversity outreach, and consult on candidate selection processes.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with key stakeholders to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
  • Design and deliver programs that meet current and future business requirements related to college hiring.
  • Interact with students and candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Source, develop, and maintain a pipeline of diverse talent for immediate hiring needs.
  • Create and execute campus-recruiting plans with targeted marketing strategies.
  • Track results and effectiveness of college recruiting activities and efforts.
  • Manage communication with applicants, including resume reviews and interview preparations.
  • Lead communication with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure timely feedback and actions.
  • Provide insightful analysis of recruiting metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Participate in various HR/Recruiting project initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of recruiting experience, focusing on university recruiting.
  • Knowledge of full lifecycle campus recruiting components.
  • Experience developing campus relationships and recruiting programs.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and process management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills; experience with Workday ATS or other enterprise TA systems is a plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive total rewards program including an annual salary range of $106,000-$120,000/year plus incentive.
