About the position

The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for University Relations and Programs at Eversource will lead the strategy and execution of campus recruitment activities for various college-level programs. This role focuses on building relationships with colleges and universities to create a diverse talent pipeline, enhancing on-campus programs, and promoting Eversource's opportunities within the community. The consultant will manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, while ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with key stakeholders to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
  • Design and deliver programs that meet business requirements and address college hiring challenges.
  • Interact with students and candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Source, develop, and maintain a pipeline of diverse talent for immediate hiring needs.
  • Create and execute campus-recruiting plans with targeted marketing strategies.
  • Design and facilitate university relations activities and events.
  • Track results and effectiveness of college recruiting activities.
  • Utilize ATS and CEM for managing the recruiting lifecycle and ensuring compliance.
  • Manage communication with applicants, including resume reviews and interview preparations.
  • Lead communication with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure timely feedback and actions.
  • Meet established metrics for the assigned business unit or function.
  • Participate in various HR/Recruiting project initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of recruiting experience, focusing on university recruiting.
  • Knowledge of full lifecycle campus recruiting components.
  • Experience developing campus administration relationships and recruiting programs.
  • Prior experience in a high-volume recruiting setting.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and process management skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and demonstrate a candidate-centric approach.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills; experience with Workday ATS or other enterprise TA systems is a plus.
