About the position

The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for University Relations and Programs at Eversource will lead the full lifecycle strategy and execution of campus recruitment activities for various college-level programs. This role focuses on building relationships with colleges and universities to create a diverse talent pipeline, enhancing on-campus programs, and promoting Eversource's opportunities within the community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with colleges/universities to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Create on-campus recruitment activities and participate in diversity outreach events.
  • Source and identify talent through various channels.
  • Manage on and off-campus information sessions and interviews.
  • Consult on the final selection of candidates and extend offers.
  • Enhance on-campus programs and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify creative solutions to recruiting obstacles and process improvements.
  • Promote Eversource's full-time opportunities, development programs, internships, and cooperative education programs.
  • Consult with key stakeholders to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
  • Design and deliver programs that meet business requirements and address college hiring challenges.
  • Ensure a positive experience for students and candidates during the recruitment process.
  • Utilize recruiting metrics and research to stay informed on student life issues and business trends.
  • Maintain accurate documentation on candidates and recruiting activities to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate communication with applicants and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide feedback to hiring managers and interview teams on candidates.
  • Meet established metrics for the assigned business unit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of recruiting experience, focusing on university recruiting.
  • Knowledge of full lifecycle campus recruiting components.
  • Experience developing campus relationships and recruiting programs.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills; experience with Workday ATS or other enterprise TA systems is a plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive total rewards program including salary range of $106,000-$120,000/year plus incentive.
