About the position

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Robert Half plays a crucial role in providing HR and Talent Acquisition support to hiring managers and candidates. This position is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring timely filling of open positions with quality candidates, and collaborating with various internal partners to develop effective recruitment strategies. The role also involves optimizing recruitment tools and systems, enhancing the onboarding experience, and acting as a point of contact for various stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and internal partners to develop recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from opening requisitions to the offer process.
  • Coordinate distribution of new hire documents and ensure an exceptional onboarding experience.
  • Maintain and archive Talent Acquisition documentation.
  • Provide ad hoc business reports and customized reporting for the team.
  • Act as a point of contact for recruiting questions and requests from the TA and HRBP teams.
  • Review and submit new and updated position descriptions for grading by the Compensation Department.
  • Support the coordination of recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and drafting job descriptions.
  • Guide and train Talent Acquisition Coordinators on workload management.
  • Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving Talent Acquisition operations.
  • Plan and coordinate recruiting events such as job fairs.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment, preferably in HR.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
  • Experience with ERP, Talent Management, or Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
  • 5+ years of HR experience focusing on talent acquisition operations and metrics.
  • Expertise in Workday Recruiting and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and evaluate processes.
  • Experience working with HRIS and third-party vendors.
