About the position

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at HUB International is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process primarily for the Wisconsin market, with potential support for Iowa. This role emphasizes strategic recruiting, diversity sourcing, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. The partner will ensure a positive candidate experience while effectively filling positions from early-career to senior-level roles.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers on current and future staffing needs and determine best recruiting strategy.
  • Manage the entire recruiting process including securing position details and creating position descriptions.
  • Open/post positions in Workday (ATS/HRIS) and other job boards.
  • Conduct initial phone-screening interviews on selected candidates.
  • Coordinate follow-up interviews with hiring managers via Zoom, phone, and in-person.
  • Regularly follow-up with managers on the status of candidates in queue to determine next steps.
  • Prepare and send offer letters in partnership with the TA Coordinator.
  • Initiate onboarding in Workday in partnership with the TA Coordinator.
  • Utilize various sources to develop a candidate pool, including social media and networking groups.
  • Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to the business.
  • Drive the hiring process with an emphasis on providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide offer recommendations and handle negotiations.
  • Ensure legal compliance and a fair hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for future openings.
  • Drive strategic diversity recruiting efforts for the market(s).
  • Participate in strategic initiatives and internal projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience within the insurance/insurance brokerage industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated communication skills (oral and written) and ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver against assigned goals within deadlines.
  • Proven ability to attract passive candidates and build inclusive pipelines through advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting technologies.
