As a Senior Talent Acquisition professional, you will be responsible for consulting and executing talent acquisition activities within a functional expertise such as technical, government, or sales. You will be recognized as a subject matter expert within a functional area on policy and practice to develop and implement hiring initiatives. Your role will involve effectively prioritizing assigned requisitions and sourcing activities based on business impact and setting appropriate expectations on delivery. You will inform the Talent Acquisition strategy by providing insights and solutions to maintain a pipeline of talent to meet future hiring needs within your functional area. You will partner with team members, hiring managers, and business unit leaders to deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience leveraging technology, tools, and best practices. Additionally, you may assist new hire employees and new team members in onboarding. Your responsibilities will include sourcing diverse active and passive applicants, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and staffing for management and professional positions that require moderate passive external sourcing. You will also contribute as a team member to talent projects and address leadership inquiries, developing and maintaining relationships with sources and organizations within your functional area. This role requires general knowledge and advising on Talent Acquisition practices such as talent management, staffing and workforce planning, attraction, branding, compensation, and employee and labor relations. You will provide support for management/non-management, exempt/non-exempt, and contractor sourcing and placement.
