About the position
The Senior Tax Accountant at E & J Gallo Winery is responsible for managing tax compliance and reporting for the company's diverse portfolio of wine and spirits brands. Responsibilities
- Manage tax compliance and reporting for the company.
- Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to support tax positions.
- Assist in the development of tax strategies and planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting or related field.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
