Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage tax compliance for a diverse client base, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients.
  • Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and offer proactive advice.
  • Foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities for business development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall firm efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • CPA license or EA and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in tax accounting, with a focus on public accounting.
  • Tax preparation for individuals and sole proprietorships (taxed as DRE's), Partnerships, S Corporations, C Corporations, and simple non-profits/foundation/trust-related tax work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
