About the position

The Senior Manager in the Private Client Services (PCS) Group is responsible for providing federal tax compliance and planning services to high-net-worth individuals and privately-held businesses. This role involves close collaboration with firm leadership, focusing on business development and team development while ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide federal tax compliance and planning services to high-net-worth individual clients and privately-held businesses.
• Work closely with firm leadership to drive business development initiatives.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Manage client relationships and expand services to existing clients.
• Attract new clients and develop strategies to meet their needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Master's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• CPA certification with 7+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning, and consulting at a public accounting firm.
• Experience focusing on high-net-worth individuals, privately-owned businesses, investment partnerships, estates, and trusts.
• Technical knowledge sufficient to sell and execute engagements in multiple industries.
• Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team.
• Strong relationship management and practice development skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Ultra High Net Worth clients.
• Knowledge of trust and estate planning.
• Familiarity with investment partnerships and private client services.
