This team is responsible for several ad products, including reservation ads, auction ads, and content ads, which help advertisers and users increase brand awareness and achieve their business goals. We work on the end-to-end ads delivery tech stack, which encompasses ads bidding, ranking, and forecasting. We are seeking a highly experienced Engineer or Technical Lead Manager to lead our Brand Ads product teams. In this role, you will guide a talented group of engineers in developing world-class advertising products and technologies. Your contributions will directly impact billions of dollars in revenue and shape the industry's landscape by tackling complex technical challenges in infrastructure, algorithms, and machine learning. You will drive high-impact projects focused on generating significant revenue, lead efforts to solve intricate technical challenges, and build industry-leading solutions for ads forecasting, delivery, and measurement. As a leader, you will actively participate in product design, go-to-market strategies, and business decision-making processes. You will foster innovation by collaborating with TikTok's content and creator teams and employing cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI. This position is not just about technical expertise; it also requires a strong understanding of the advertising technology landscape and the ability to work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment and success.
