About the position

As a Senior Technical Analyst at NIKE, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Employee Listening team by leveraging your expertise in the Qualtrics platform. This position is designed for a data-savvy individual who is meticulous, solution-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for designing, programming, and deploying a variety of surveys, including lifecycle surveys, pulse surveys, ad hoc surveys, and census surveys. Your role will involve utilizing advanced logic features to optimize the respondent experience and enhance analysis capabilities for both current and future survey needs. In this capacity, you will deploy surveys to targeted audiences through various methods such as personalized emails, anonymous links, and QR codes. Your programming skills will also be essential in creating dashboards that utilize advanced and custom logic to present results effectively, allowing users to extract meaningful insights. This includes programming trends, comparisons, hierarchies, and joining data across multiple surveys. Additionally, you will support the standardization of survey programs and maintain relevant documentation to ensure consistency and quality in survey deployment. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the Employee Listening team and other key stakeholders, including Technology and Translations teams. Establishing strong relationships and serving as a trusted partner will be crucial to your success in this position. Your ability to adapt to change and remain calm under pressure will be vital as you navigate the dynamic landscape of employee feedback and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Design, program, and deploy surveys and dashboards for various survey programs including lifecycle, pulse, ad hoc, and census surveys.
  • Utilize advanced logic features in Qualtrics to optimize respondent experience and analysis capabilities.
  • Deploy surveys to appropriate audiences using methods such as personalized emails, anonymous links, and QR codes.
  • Program dashboards with advanced and custom logic to enhance results displays and enable meaningful insights extraction.
  • Support survey program standardization and maintain standardization documentation.
  • Build and assign roles for survey dashboard deployment to meet business requirements.
  • Pull survey samples from people data systems to meet defined criteria.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience, or a relevant combination of education, skills, and experiences.
  • Experience with Qualtrics is required.
  • Survey programming, deployment, dashboard programming, and sampling experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with data tools and systems such as Workday, Tableau, Alteryx, and Snowflake is preferred.
