About the position

The Senior Technical Cloud Product Manager for Teamcenter X at Siemens Digital Industry Software is responsible for leading the development of new cloud-native offerings and adapting existing solutions for cloud deployment. This role involves collaborating with development teams in an agile environment to deliver market-leading products that enhance user experience and performance. The position requires strategic oversight of the product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, and includes responsibilities such as defining product requirements, managing product launches, and tracking business results to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and set the direction of products throughout all stages of the product life cycle.
  • Deliver market-leading products with fast performance and a compelling user experience.
  • Work closely with product development groups to ensure product goals are met.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements and explain use cases to development teams.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales on product launch strategies.
  • Represent Teamcenter Cloud Strategy to management and customers.
  • Solicit feedback from stakeholders to balance competing priorities.
  • Track business results and develop product roadmap and strategies.
  • Manage product pricing, licensing, and packaging decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and third parties.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting development or customer success.
  • Facilitate and promote innovation across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical discipline required; Graduate level a plus.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of Enterprise Software and technology experience.
  • At least 5 years in a leading product management role.
  • Strong background in both business and technical roles.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Agile and Scrum development practices.
  • Experience with Cloud, SaaS, and emerging cloud use cases, particularly with AWS and/or Azure Cloud Platforms.
  • Experience in the discrete manufacturing industry is desired.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with product lifecycle management software.
  • Familiarity with user experience design principles.
  • Knowledge of competitive landscape in cloud software.
