About The Position
Zscaler is looking for an experienced Sr. Technical Learning Consultant to join Zscaler Cyber Academy. This is a hybrid work environment, going into our San Jose, CA office 3 days a week. Reporting to the Head of Technical Training Design and Development, you will be responsible for collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps, designing engaging, modular curricula supported by hands-on labs tailored to diverse audiences, leading the development and refinement of interactive, hybrid learning experiences and lab environments, staying informed about Zscaler products and cybersecurity advancements to maintain cutting-edge content quality, and incorporating feedback and analytics to drive continuous improvement in learner engagement and outcomes.
