About the position

The Senior Product Manager for the AI/ML Platform at PayPal will play a crucial role in developing and executing the product vision and strategy for the AI/ML infrastructure. This position requires a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and strong business acumen to collaborate effectively with Data Scientists and ML Engineers, ensuring the delivery of a best-in-class platform that supports PayPal's AI-based personalization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop a long and short-term product vision and strategy for the AI/ML Platform stack.
• Communicate product priorities and build consensus with engineering, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Continuously engage with Data Scientists and product domain teams to identify new AI business cases for onboarding onto the platform.
• Execute with excellence in a cross-functional setting, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Define and measure key performance indicators to evaluate and understand product value.

Requirements

• Strong Product Management track record in delivering enterprise-scale AI platforms in top-tier companies.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML platform technology with a strong platform mindset.
• Strong business and technical acumen to help define and drive technical requirements.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage a large, diverse set of tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Nice-to-haves

• BS or MS in STEM is strongly preferred.
• 7 - 10 years of experience in Product Management.
