About the position

As a Senior Technical Product Manager of ERP Applications at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, you will play a pivotal role in building the platform and systems that empower product teams to scale and achieve excellence in processes, technology, and digitization. Your success in this position will hinge on your ability to partner with key stakeholders to ensure that our systems and practices align with Regeneron's overarching Business and IT Strategy. You will be responsible for driving business and technology enablement for functions supported by the ERP team, primarily focusing on the Finance Services group, which includes Financials, Tax, Treasury, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Order to Cash processes. In this role, you will serve as the IT owner for ERP systems, fostering collaborative relationships with business leaders to understand their needs in support of the digital strategy and corporate objectives. You will work closely with the PMO and Product Managers to lead demand and execute a portfolio of projects through effective prioritization, planning, vendor management, and oversight. Your responsibilities will include preparing business requirements, integrated applications strategy, solution design documents, and test plans. You will prioritize projects and system enhancements with business stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery within budget while articulating the business impact and fitting solutions. You will also be tasked with ensuring and maintaining best practices in Application, Integration, and Data architectures for your areas of responsibility and the overall ERP ecosystem. This includes collaborating with internal technology teams such as infosec, network engineering, and data engineering to oversee product builds and enhancements. You will implement integrated and automated processes that drive efficiency, establish governance and change control processes, and ensure compliance with ITGC SOX Controls across all Finance-related applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date software, platforms, and SaaS, including third-party software, to mitigate risks associated with outdated systems. You will also manage Identity and Access Controls across key corporate systems to align with Regeneron's security controls and reduce security risks. This role requires a strategic mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor teams and service providers in application and integration design standards.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the IT owner for ERP systems, collaborating with business leaders to understand their needs.
  • Lead demand and execute a portfolio of projects through effective prioritization, planning, vendor management, and oversight.
  • Prepare business requirements, integrated applications strategy, solution design documents, and test plans.
  • Prioritize projects and system enhancements with business stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Ensure and maintain best practices in Application, Integration, and Data architectures for the ERP ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal technology teams for product builds and enhancements.
  • Implement integrated and automated processes to drive efficiency and establish knowledge continuity.
  • Establish governance and change control processes for Oracle System Configuration changes and integrations.
  • Ensure all software, platforms, and SaaS are up to date and patched to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain Identity and Access Controls across key corporate systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or similar certification.
  • 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in IT applications, with a minimum of 5 years in implementing, supporting, and managing On-prem/Cloud ERP and integrated enterprise systems.
  • Solid background in Oracle EBS Financials, Oracle Payroll, OTL, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash for Oracle EBS 12x and Oracle Fusion.
  • Proven experience in business processes and solution design, Oracle ERP Database, tech stack, Function APIs, technical architecture, Integrations, Data Conversions, Web technologies, and SDLC.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and other international data privacy standards and regulations.
  • Experience supporting OIC, Boomi, ODI/SOA, and/or other Integration platforms.
