As a Senior Technical Product Manager for Data Analytics & Digital Product at CVS Health, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation within the "Analytics & Behavior Change" group. This position is designed for a strategic leader who will oversee the development of analytical cloud-based products that support pharmaceutical forecasting and pricing. You will be responsible for modernizing legacy systems by leveraging cutting-edge technology, data science, and AI to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Your work will involve collaboration with various teams, including business groups, data science, data engineering, and application development, to develop components of software products that serve financial users in the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) business unit. In this role, you will manage the entire product lifecycle, from user research and requirements gathering to architecture, development, testing, and integration. You will identify new opportunities, assess product performance, and help shape long-term strategic plans for future product lines. Your responsibilities will include establishing efficient user research processes, managing the digital product roadmap, and analyzing data to influence product features and prioritization. You will also facilitate communication across functional units and stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving product success. Your leadership will be crucial in defining strategies for product iterations, schedules, and releases, while also ensuring that the digital product team maintains a proactive approach to risk and improvement. You will work closely with users, business product owners, and other stakeholders to prioritize features and synchronize release plans across multiple products. Additionally, you will organize and lead meetings for collaboration, status reporting, and resource management, all while supporting the overall mission of CVS Health to deliver enhanced human-centric health care.
