About the position

The Senior Technical Product Manager, Head of Product for SAP Success Central at AWS is responsible for defining the product and service vision to maximize value for Amazon teams utilizing SAP. This role involves leading the development of a Center of Excellence for SAP, formulating go-to-market strategies, and managing consulting partners to provide SAP expertise. The position requires a strong technical background, product management experience, and the ability to influence executive leadership while fostering a culture of inclusion and innovation within the team.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision and long-term roadmap for SAP Success Central products.
• Lead the end-to-end product development cycle including customer engagements, stakeholder buy-ins, and requirements definition.
• Communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes clearly to teams.
• Make tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market and business outcomes.
• Drive strategy and influence executive leadership to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience with 4+ years in technical product management in a related industry.
• Strong technical background with experience in product management.
