As our Senior Technical Product Manager, you will lead the development and enhancement of our fintech SaaS offerings. This role is pivotal in utilizing your deep understanding of wealth management, capital markets, and/or retail broker-dealer platforms, along with a strong grasp of account structures, API ecosystems, and platform administration, including MFA & SSO integrations as well as custodial systems. Your primary focus will be on serving our internal stakeholders and external partners, with the goal of improving the functionality and efficiency of our services. This position is hybrid, based out of our San Francisco, CA or Soho NYC, NY offices, and will require occasional travel between the two locations. In this role, you will drive the vision and strategy for our services platform, ensuring that it aligns with business goals and market needs. You will develop comprehensive product roadmaps and define clear metrics for success. Acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders—including technology, operations, and compliance teams—and the engineering team, you will gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and prioritize product initiatives. You will oversee the design and implementation of API interfaces and enhancements, focusing on scalability, security, and usability. Additionally, you will ensure seamless integration of platform administration features such as MFA, SSO, and custodial systems. Managing the entire product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and continuous improvement will be a key responsibility, utilizing agile methodologies to facilitate rapid iteration and delivery of features. Risk management and compliance will also be critical aspects of your role. You will ensure that all product features comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, collaborating with the compliance team to address any legal and regulatory implications of the product offerings. Monitoring product performance against goals and leading optimization efforts based on analytics and user feedback will enhance functionality and user experience. Furthermore, you will ensure that all product developments align with necessary compliance and regulatory standards specific to the financial industry, leveraging your deep understanding of compliance and auditing processes required to uphold industry standards and regulatory mandates.
