About the position

The Senior Technical Product Manager at CNH Industrial America LLC is responsible for managing the feature set of the CM1X Connectivity product line. This role involves leading software enhancements, developing product roadmaps, and connecting farming operations globally through innovative value devices. The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure successful product launches and management of technical risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the feature set of CNH Industrial's CM1X Connectivity product line.
• Lead feature development for software enhancements such as Wi-Fi tethering and improved breadcrumbing.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap for future connected devices and software.
• Conduct product discovery efforts to identify customer demands.
• Create and manage technical product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with architecture & development teams and project management to control scope and enable Agile development cycles.
• Act as a product evangelist and subject matter authority.
• Address technical risks associated with product development.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to launch and support products.
• Provide competitive information regarding pricing, products, and market issues to internal teams.
• Manage corrective actions related to products.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product dependencies.
• Engage and negotiate with external partners for new technology access and manufacturing strategies.
• Lead assigned projects with limited assistance and manage multiple products.
• Contribute to innovation and provide new ideas.
• Assist in grooming the backlog to understand product issues in real time.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, particularly in technical product management.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in managing product roadmaps and feature sets.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
