About the position

The Senior Technical Product Manager at Figure will lead the development of technical products from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create exceptional customer experiences. This role is pivotal in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals while leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance efficiency and transparency in financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our technical products
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features and enhancements based on business priorities and technical feasibility
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market research, and industry trends to inform product decisions
  • Work closely with design and user experience teams to ensure a seamless and intuitive user interface
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and enable successful product launches
  • Monitor product performance and conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the technical aspects of the product, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
  • 5+ years experience successfully shipping products and features
  • Proven track record of successfully managing technical products from concept to launch
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Solid analytical and problem solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to making decisions
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams to achieve common goals
