About the position

As a Senior Technical Product Manager on the Studio team at Movable Ink, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offerings. Your primary focus will be on understanding and advocating for the customer perspective, ensuring that the solutions we develop resonate with our users and meet their needs effectively. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to create a comprehensive product roadmap that not only delights our customers but also drives business growth. This position emphasizes the importance of the Studio Core roadmap, which encompasses critical areas such as identity management, user roles and permissions, security, reporting, and additional services utilized by all customers. In this role, you will engage directly with customers to gather insights and identify opportunities for innovation. Your responsibilities will include crafting a high-value roadmap in partnership with engineering and design teams, writing detailed use cases and user stories to foster a shared understanding of user needs, and prioritizing features and enhancements in the product backlog. You will leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of features and functionalities. Additionally, you will work collaboratively across teams to identify and resolve challenges, ensuring a seamless product development process. Your involvement in Early Access programs will allow you to gather feedback and drive iterations leading up to the general availability launch of new features.

Responsibilities

  • Bring the customer POV to everything we do in Engineering, Product and Design
  • Work directly with customers to understand needs and opportunities
  • Create a high value roadmap with your partners in engineering and design that aligns with our business goals and helps us achieve our product vision
  • Write use cases and user stories to build a shared understanding around user needs and the definition of success
  • Prioritize upcoming sprints, features, and enhancements in the backlog
  • Inform decisions with qualitative and quantitative data
  • Define & track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure & continually iterate features & functionality
  • Identify and solve problems across teams and disciplines by partnering with other product managers, Program Management, and Go-To-Market teams
  • Work directly with customers in Early Access programs to drive iteration and GA launch

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in B2B Product Management
  • Engineering or technical background required
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Can confidently demo product and manage conversations with customers and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to drive through complexity to achieve results
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, sprints, and prioritization
  • Prior experience in marketing technology preferred
